Service terms in plain English.
These terms explain the operating boundaries behind FK Innovate's ongoing services. Your signed order or service agreement controls if it states different terms.

Inquiries and service agreements
These website terms provide a general description of how FK Innovate services operate. Submitting an inquiry or onboarding form, requesting a demonstration, or scheduling a call does not create an order or require either party to begin work.
A binding customer relationship begins only when FK Innovate and the customer accept a written order or service agreement. That signed agreement controls if it differs from this website summary.
Plans, billing, and renewal
Essential Website begins with a 12-month commitment paid annually and renews in 12-month periods. Cancel at least 30 days before renewal to stop the next term.
Evolving Website and Technology Partner are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the following month.
Social Media Management and Voice AI are separately priced services and are not included in the three primary website and technology plans.
15-day money-back guarantee
The 15-day money-back guarantee applies to the first paid term only. Request it in writing within 15 calendar days of the initial payment for a full refund of your initial payment. Service and hosting end when the refund is issued, customer-provided materials remain the customer's property, and FK-created deliverables are not transferred after a full refund. Renewals and requests made after the first 15 days are non-refundable.
Requests, milestones, and turnaround
Unlimited requests means you may keep adding eligible work to your queue. FK Innovate works on one active request or milestone at a time, and you may reprioritize work that has not started.
An eligible request is a clearly defined task within the plan's listed scope and its brand, domain, or application boundary.
A reviewable milestone is a testable part of a larger request that can be reviewed and approved on its own.
Essential Website requests are completed within five business days after we receive the complete instructions, access, and assets needed to begin. Larger requests are divided into reviewable milestones, with each active milestone delivered within five business days.
Evolving Website targets delivery of each active eligible request within 24 hours after receiving complete requirements, access, and assets. Technology Partner work follows the approved roadmap and one-active-priority queue; larger work is divided into reviewable milestones.
Revisions are included while they support the approved objective. A different objective becomes a new queued request so the current priority can still be completed within the turnaround for its plan.
Plan boundaries
One brand means one primary root domain, one visual identity, and one main website or application. A second brand or root domain requires a separate service plan.
Included features carry forward from one plan to the next, but each plan keeps its own billing schedule, cancellation terms, turnaround, and request queue.
Technology Partner includes Evolving Website pages and blog production. Website and Technology Partner requests share one active priority queue.
Website application boundary
- Management of business platforms and processes outside the primary web property
- Cross-platform operating workflows that require ongoing administration
- Native mobile apps, major data migrations, or undocumented legacy integrations
- Regulated, compliance-heavy, or unusually security-sensitive workloads are not currently offered
Technology Partner boundary
- One business, one brand, and one primary customer journey
- Platforms must be agreed and documented before management begins
- Major migrations and substantial standalone applications require separate scope
- Third-party subscriptions, advertising spend, transaction fees, and higher-volume content production are separate
- Employee devices, networking, general helpdesk, emergency response, and compliance management are not included
Self-service AI credits
Self-service AI credits let you make quick text, color, and other minor changes directly in the app without waiting for FK Innovate's request queue. The app shows the estimated credit use before each change. Credits reset monthly, do not roll over, and have no cash value.
Credits are a service feature, are not currency, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate instructions, approvals, access, and materials required for the active request. Customers remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content, data, and business rules they approve.
Customers must have the rights and permissions needed for any names, trademarks, property media, music references, customer data, or other materials they ask FK Innovate to use. Delivery targets pause while required information, access, approvals, or payment remain unavailable.
Customers are responsible for obtaining any consent, notice, or authorization required for email, SMS, telemarketing, call recording, advertising, customer-data use, and third-party platform activity. FK Innovate may help configure an agreed workflow, but does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a customer's business practices comply with every applicable law or platform policy.
Platform availability and results
Third-party platforms, integrations, APIs, search engines, social networks, advertising systems, and AI providers may change, restrict, interrupt, or discontinue their services. FK Innovate will use reasonable efforts to adapt eligible work, but does not control those providers or guarantee uninterrupted availability.
FK Innovate does not guarantee search rankings, revenue, lead volume, campaign performance, customer decisions, or any other specific business result. Performance depends on factors outside FK Innovate's control, including the customer's offer, market, budget, approvals, data, and third-party platforms.
Pauses and termination
FK Innovate may pause affected work when an invoice is overdue, required access or approvals are unavailable, a requested use appears unlawful or harmful, or continued work would create a material security or platform risk. Cancellation or termination does not waive amounts already due, and the signed order or service agreement controls any additional termination terms.
Ownership and third-party services
The customer owns the approved final website, application code, and business content created for the engagement after all invoices are paid. FK Innovate retains its reusable tools, templates, and general know-how.
Custom songs delivered through Social Media Management include perpetual commercial-use rights for the customer, subject to applicable third-party platform and licensing terms. Copyright registration, copyrightability, and exclusivity are not guaranteed for AI-assisted music.
Services, subscriptions, processing fees, and usage purchased from a third party remain subject to that provider's terms and charges.
Realtor Listing Song & Video Package
The $500 Realtor Listing Song & Video page is an offer summary and invitation to inquire, not an automatically accepted order. The package summary includes one custom song, one full-length 1080p 16:9 listing video, and one 60-second 9:16 Reel.
Before work begins, the signed order will identify payment timing, delivery schedule, included revisions, customer-supplied media and permissions, approval steps, and final usage rights. Terms stated in that signed order control the engagement.
